Café Triciclo

Barrio Bellas Artes / Santiago Centro, Santiago

Choose the Bellas Artes room for weekday-evening espresso or filter, 3Ciclos beans roasted on site, and a plant-filled central stop with a vegan-friendly toast menu.

Share

Café Triciclo sits on Santo Domingo, one block from Santiago's Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes in the historic centre. Plants, white walls and a raised wooden seating area fill the room. The business began with a coffee tricycle and now serves its own 3Ciclos roasts alongside breakfast and lunch.

Coffee

Espresso and milk drinks use coffees roasted under the 3Ciclos name. The single-origin selection changes with the retail range, while cold brew and seasonal drinks widen the menu.

Filter

Manual filter and retail beans connect the cafe to the roasting operation. A brewed coffee is a good order after visiting the museum or nearby Parque Forestal; the cafe also sells coffee equipment and hosts events.

Food

Toast, sandwiches, cakes and cookies make this more than a drinks counter. The avocado toast combines sourdough, hummus, pickles and greens. Plant-based choices are part of the food offer; check the day's menu for specific dietary requirements.

Service & Room

The entrance bar leads into a low-ceilinged room with plants and wooden seating. Weekday opening continues until 8pm, while Sunday service ends at 2pm. Allow time at busy meal periods.

Why Filter Notes shortlisted Café Triciclo

Triciclo is a central Santiago option for house-roasted filter with a savoury breakfast or light lunch. The museum location and substantial food offer make it a practical stop to build into a day on foot.
