Itabashi Coffee Festival brings 11 coffee stalls and eight food stalls to Funado Mizube Park in Tokyo on 8 November 2026, from 10am to 4pm. The riverside gathering focuses on the borough’s roasters, offering a compact introduction to a coffee scene beyond the city’s central neighbourhoods.

Entry is free, with a ¥1,500 tasting ticket covering five samples. Advance tickets include an original mug and are limited to 400; check availability with participating shops. The park is about ten minutes on foot from Nishidai station. The event goes ahead in rain but may be cancelled in severe weather.

Gibrán Cervantes, the producer behind El Equimite in Veracruz, will visit Caravan Roastery in London on 12 November 2026. Caravan has announced the meeting alongside a natural-processed coffee from his farm, with floral, pomegranate and syrupy tasting notes.

The producer meeting is advertised for 5.30pm, giving London coffee drinkers a chance to meet the person behind the lot. El Equimite grows coffee beneath a native canopy alongside fruit trees and medicinal plants; Cervantes also works with other Mexican producers through Ensambles. Decaf specialist de.coffee roasters will make its first Suginami Festa appearance in Tokyo on 7 November 2026, serving coffee at Momoi Harappa Park and the festival’s surrounding venues. The Nihonbashi-Hamacho coffee stand has announced the stop as part of a five-market autumn and winter programme across the city.

Visitors can try its house-roasted d. and e. coffees as pot-brewed drip coffee, comparing a darker roast with a medium-dark option. Beans and dip bags are also planned. The roaster lists its Suginami appearance from 10am to 3.30pm on 7 November only; weather may change the programme, so check its latest notice before travelling.

Little Darling Coffee Roasters will serve four coffees at the Setagaya Bread Festival in Tokyo on 31 October 2026. The Minami-Aoyama roaster’s one-day appearance is inside the 雅結寿 booth at Setagaya Park, with its baristas serving a selection designed to accompany the breads sold around the festival.

The line-up includes its signature blend, the Geisha-based Out of My League blend, a Rwanda Kilimbi natural and an Ethiopia Karamo natural. Announced drip-coffee prices run from ¥900 to ¥1,000, with beans also available. Little Darling’s appearance is limited to 31 October, so check the date when planning a festival visit.

Chicago roaster Sparrow Coffee has opened a cafe at 100 Park Avenue in Clarendon Hills, giving the western suburbs a new place to try its coffee. The shop began serving on 21 October 2026, according to the Daily Herald, following a development process that began in 2023. Founder Chris Chacko built the business supplying custom roasts to restaurants before opening its first cafe in Naperville.

The opening hours reported are 7am to 1.30pm daily, so plan a morning visit. The larger space brings several seating options and breakfast sandwiches; longer hours and a broader food menu remain plans rather than the current offer.

rokkan COFFEE CREATORS is bringing a tasting of three Okinawa-grown coffees to Spiral in Omotesando, Tokyo, on 6–8 November 2026. The pop-up will serve coffees from two Kumejima farms and Higashi's Harmony Coffee Farm, with the three-coffee comparison priced at ¥3,000.

Find it at the first-floor counter, 5-6-23 Minami-Aoyama, close to Omotesando station. Service runs from 11am to 7pm on 6 and 7 November, closing at 4pm on 8 November. Okinawan sweets and rokkan's blends will also be available, making this a useful chance to explore Japanese-grown coffee during an Aoyama visit.

Sumida Coffee Festival 2026 Autumn brings local coffee shops and roasters to Kinshi Park in Tokyo on 7–8 November 2026, from 11am to 5pm. The outdoor gathering pairs coffee with bread and sweets, offering a way to explore the neighbourhood’s roasting scene in one stop.

A ¥2,000 tasting ticket covers four coffees from participating stalls. Exchange it at the festival for tasting coins and a dedicated cup, and use the tastings by 4pm. Some shops and products are excluded, and individual coffees may sell out before closing, so an earlier visit gives more room to compare.

Lennox Street Local is preparing to open at 253 Lennox Street in Richmond, Melbourne, with a larger drinks offering from the team behind Butter Days. The planned Allpress coffee menu includes a mandarin-syrup Mont Blanc and cold brew with cacao husk syrup and hazelnut foam.

The café is expected to open in late October 2026, with a takeaway coffee window and more than 20 indoor seats. Butter Days pastries and croissant jaffles will accompany the drinks. Planned hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 7.30am–3pm; check the café’s announcement for a confirmed opening date before making the trip.

Linea Caffe has opened a third San Francisco location at 3690 18th Street, beside Bi-Rite Creamery and a short walk from Dolores Park. The new Mission stop is currently running a limited soft-opening menu before moving to longer regular hours, with Organic Reserve espresso, Ethiopia Suke Quto espresso and pastries from Dynamo Donuts and Neighbor Bakehouse.

The draw here is a proper coffee-led stop rather than just another grab-and-go counter: Linea has added a pour-over bar, a bean bar for retail coffee by the ounce, and a Dolores Park-only frozen blended coffee. It makes an easy addition to a Mission walk or a park-bound coffee plan.
