Create Coffee Roasters is at Kousianofski 9-11, near Katechaki in north-east Athens. Its two floors contain espresso and brew bars, training tables, equipment shelves and a sample-roasting corner. It offers tastings and workshops and sells beans and brewing tools; call ahead before visiting.
The roasting business is at a separate nearby address, number 23. The space at 9–11 focuses on learning and retail rather than casual brunch.

The café has three brew bars and three espresso bars. Stefanos Domatiotis, Create’s founder, won the 2014 World Brewers Cup. His experience helps explain the space’s focus on brewing and sensory education.
