Flying Bean occupies a former printing factory in Arrancapins, south-west of Valencia's old centre near Joaquín Sorolla station. Wooden doors open into a high-ceilinged room with brick walls, a long counter and a small patio. A separate workspace adjoins the cafe.
Coffee
Flying Bean roasts its own coffee and also serves guests. Espresso, cortado and flat white sit alongside cold brew, espresso tonic and affogato. The retail shelf carries beans and brewing equipment.
Filter
V60 and AeroPress appear on the menu, with changing coffees available for manual brewing. Courses and workshops form another part of the operation.
Food
Sourdough toasts, panini, brioche sandwiches, granola and sweets make breakfast or a light lunch possible. Avocado and hummus options give plant-based diners several starting points; ask about individual ingredients when ordering.
Service & Room
Cafe tables and the patio serve coffee and meal visits, while the adjoining workspace offers desks and a private room. Weekday opening runs until 8pm; weekend hours are shorter.
Why Filter Notes shortlisted Flying Bean Coffee
Flying Bean is a good choice near the station for house-roasted filter with breakfast, or for a work session in the dedicated room. The factory space and patio offer more seating options than a small espresso counter.
