Filter is the better read on the roasting program. The current bean shelf has moved through coffees such as Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Kenya Murarandia, and Guatemala El Principito, so the strongest order is usually a pour-over or batch brew followed by a bag to take home.

The signature menu is the draw for many first visits. The black sesame latte and pistachio latte show Abba's Korean specialty-coffee influence, with matcha and sea-salt-cream drinks widening the lane. Pastries, scones, and breakfast sandwiches support the room, but the best order is coffee first with something sweet beside it.
Service & room
This is one of the more comfortable Pearl District coffee stops: airy, bright, and easier to sit in than Portland's smallest espresso counters. It suits a coffee date, a short work pause, or a careful stop before Powell's, galleries, or a northwest walk. The tradeoff is shorter hours, especially compared with all-day cafes, so plan it as a daytime visit and avoid Sunday.
