Můj šálek kávy occupies a busy room on Křižíkova in Karlín. Exposed brick, a yellow-and-blue mural, large blackboards and oversized lights surround closely spaced tables.
Espresso and milk drinks sit alongside V60, batch brew and a tasting set of three filtered coffees. Ask which beans are open if you want to compare origins.

Místo occupies a spacious room on Bubenečská, a few minutes from Hradčanská. A community table, wooden floors, stair seating and a lounge with books give you several places to settle with a coffee.
Doubleshot supplies the coffee. Espresso, milk drinks and filter sit alongside a substantial food menu, making Místo a practical choice for a meal with a specialty coffee.

The Miners’ first café opened on Slavíkova near Jiřího z Poděbrad in 2019. The JZP room has pale wood, greenery and tables used for brunch, meetings and laptop work.
The Miners roasts its own coffee. At JZP, espresso, batch brew and milk drinks share the menu with iced coffee and matcha; batch brew is the straightforward black-coffee order.

La Bohème’s Sázavská café occupies a former furniture showroom in Vinohrady. High ceilings, broad windows, patterned wallpaper, flowers and design chairs make it a comfortable place to sit with a second cup.
La Bohème roasts its own beans and buys directly from producers. Espresso and filter are available, with bags of coffee to take home; ask which beans are being served if you want to compare the cup with a retail bag.

Kavárna co hledá jméno occupies a former carpentry workshop on Stroupežnického, near Anděl. A courtyard with chestnut trees, a gallery and a side room give the café several distinct spaces.
The menu includes espresso, flat whites, espresso tonic and batch brew. Choose batch brew for a black coffee without waiting for an individual hand brew.
