Ner.lu’s Indiranagar café is just off 100 Feet Road in east Bengaluru. The compact room has a blackboard menu, warm pendant lights, closely spaced tables and greenery. It can get busy, and hand brews may take time.
The Discovery Menu features changing Indian coffees from different roasters and estates, including coffees from Karnataka, Nagaland and Tamil Nadu. They are served as pour-over, espresso, cold brew and seasonal drinks; ask the barista about the current selection.
Coffee
The café serves espresso, cortados, flat whites and other milk drinks alongside cold coffee and changing signatures. The coffee rotates, so ask what is on espresso that day.
Alongside its core coffee menu, Ner.lu serves drinks such as shakerato, coffee jelly, barrel-aged cold brew, Cranbresso and Saigon Special. There is also a Discovery Menu for exploring the range.
Filter
The pour-over list can include washed, natural, honey, anaerobic and experimental Indian coffees, with estate, roaster and processing details. Brews use a Hario Switch or AeroPress; a three-coffee Hario Switch tasting menu allows comparisons.

Food
The breakfast and lunch menu includes open sandwiches, toasties, bowls, French toast and scones. Recent combinations have featured ricotta and fig, beetroot hummus, egg, chicken and grilled cheese.
The compact Indiranagar café can fill quickly, and toast or brunch orders may take longer when it is busy.
Service & Room
Read the blackboard or ask about current roasters at the counter, then take an available table or outdoor seat. The small room can become crowded when customers are waiting and food is being served.
The Indiranagar café has greenery and warm lighting, but limited seating and busy weekends make it less suited to a long work session. Crescent Road is a more central alternative; the HSR café has a dedicated work room.
